We offer a no quibble return policy within 30 days of date of purchase, returns can be accepted once the product is unused and suitable for resale, please inform us as soon as possible if you wish to return the product, with the reason why and if you require a replacement / alternative product or a refund.
Any shipment costs are at the customers expense unless we are at fault by shipping the wrong product or there is a defect in the product.
