Ordered a replacement part after actually speaking to someone on the phone, as I had a couple of queries before I bought. They were so helpful and the item arrived exactly on time.
The part I wanted wasn't in stock but said it would be soon. I opted to join the email list to be alerted when the product was in stock. I also phoned after a week just to double check if the item was actually going to be in stock soon. When I first rang it rang through to the main office and a lady said she would take my details and get someone to call me back. Not long afterward someone called me back, which I wasn't expecting! They lady I then spoke to said it would be in in the next 3-4weeks and recommend I join the email alert list so I didn't miss out . Then to my surprise I got an email elert the next day saying it was now in stock!! I was very pleased. The part arrive a few day later too. This was the only company I could find that stocked the part I wanted. My children are very pleased to have their trampoline working once again 😀
It was very easy to find the actual replacement pole I needed because of the photos and diagrams on the site. The part was delivered within a few days👍
am waiting to hear back on 12 foot neeting which i need as the 10 foot was inadequate so just waiting to hear back from you on availability of 12 foot netting

Hugely impressed with the conscientious response and personal touch.
